New 1250GS - Few Questions

I’m 5ft 6ins and have no probs with the bars as they are. Sometimes it’s just a matter of relaxing, particularly with a new bike. On vibes I also have no problems and find those padded things are sh1t as you lose too much feel. It’s a motorbike ffs, they all vibe to some degree.

If I were you I would persevere with the bike in standard set up as the bike needs about 1500 miles from new to bed in. Mine felt better every time I got on it. Now with a couple of k clocked up it is lovely, the gears drop in much sweeter when clutchless changes are made.

I’ve had MRA screens on previous gs bikes, and also on my XR. They are definitely better that standard, but I’m getting a bit bored with farkles and more of the f**k it, let’s just ride it opinion these days.

Thanks for this. Just noticed the angle markers on the bar. I've set them back to 0 degrees, so will try that before getting anything else.
