I'll be on my only bike, a perfect 1150GS with tourance tyres. Currently well worn but may have new ones by then.

I've been on a couple of gentle off road trips. Found East Mid last year a lot of fun and not too challenging.

I dont want to ruin my bike, its all I have and I would be gutted if I wrecked it  Be riding the 1150 btw so quite a big bike for me to ride off road, sorry if I am being bit of a girl but hey thats exactly what I am. I am certainly lookin forward to it all thats for sure :)

i have it on very good authority that 1150's crash very well.:blast:augie

Unless you really need them, take off bits like the screen, mirrors and err...i think thats about it.

If your really paranoid, then source some of Steptoe's cast head guards (i've personally tested these at last years cambrian, and they are the muts ~~~~~), and keep an eye on the for sale section for a touratech hard part to go on the front suspension, to stop you knocking the lock stops off the cast frame in the event of a stack.

Think i've covered everything. :clap
