Offline map download

Ok ta but I’ve only just downloaded Chile

I’ve got Maps.me as a back up as that’s what I was told to use back in 2017 when I last rented a bike there

Use Osmand...can download 10 maps at no cost and much better than Maps.me as can route plan etc without data

You can also import routes from Myroute

Not sure if its relevant but on the MyRoute forum, a recent post recommends that following the last update some Members were experiencing difficulty with offline maps, the problem is cured by deleting the old offline maps and re-installing - maybe worth a try before your trip just in case!

I’ll try that, since mine doesn’t work offline, but how do you delete the old maps?
