I came to replace the crash bars on my bike today after having had a bit of an off at the start of covid. A combination of the crash damage and sitting still for a while (and that I'm shit at cleaning my bike) meant that all the mounting studs are in various states of snapped, corroded and destroyed in order to get them off.

I did a quick search expecting there to be a complete mounting kit for sale somewhere but couldn't find one (which surprised me)

Am I just looking in the wrong place?

Does anyone have a diagram of how it all is supposed to fit together?

My parts are so mangled that it's actually hard to tell what they were supposed to look like :D

Best I can offer. Assuming you are talking about OEM crash bars and engine bash plate. the Adventure items are completely different.

If you have difficulty sourcing mounts try here, they may have what you need:

Thank you! Very helpful. OEM bashplate but bespoke crash bars - it was the bashplate mounting that I was after really so that's incredibly useful.

I'm missing quite a few bits!

p.s. not an Adventure

Thank you :thumb2

I'll see how I get on now that I know which bits I'm missing.
