Husqvarna TE 510

Personally I would go for the KTM 525 exc:)

I've got a Husky TE610 and its very peaky, great if you are fit as a fiddle and can use it properly. It also seems to run out of gears quickly and I am always changing up and down the box. Excellent quality build though (and now owned by BMW:augie).

Not advocating a berg Tim:nenau

Prefer to keep them as a secret weapon:green gri but the question was how to they compare to KTMs and the 525s like your's and Loz's are awesome:clap

Thanks,

I have been looking at the 525 / 530 (08) exe's. They are beautiful bikes.:thumb

It's just that I don't want to have to rebuild the engine after 95 hours of use.:( Although, I would not be racing the bike, so I would think that would lengthen the time.:nenau

Still. I would like to have a KTM.

Don't have a 4 stroke KTM but some of the lads I trail ride with do and they don't need as much maintainance as people make out. 95 hours for a rebuild sounds ridiculous unless it's been ridden absolutely flat out for the whole 95 hours and needs to kept in peak performance for competition purposes.
