I`m in Spain at the mo, developed an issue whereby can only load waypoints, but not routes into 660. Gets to GO stage, then goes blank. can restart by taking battery out, but still will not go for routes, was ok a couple of days ago in france. Any ideas? How to I do a complete reset? john

Take out your SD card and restart - should work.
When it's got a satellite fix, turn off and reinsert your SD card. Turn on again.

To do a Master Reset:

- Remove device from any type of power source
- Power the device Off
- Place and hold your finger in the bottom right corner of the touchscreen
- Power the device On
- Release the power button after the device powers On
- Continue to hold your finger on the touchscreen until you see "Do you really want to erase all user data?"
- Release your finger from the touchscreen
- Touch Yes
- Follow the onscreen prompts

Greg, Theres no memory card, just saved route/waypoints direct. Tried the reset, but has made no difference. Perhaps I`ll try and get a micro/SD converter tomorrow and see if that makes any difference. john
