I'm totally new to the world of BMW's, came across the chance of owning an 1100GS about 2 weeks ago so in the spur of the moment and as its something Iv never tried or owned before I decided to go for the 'what the hell' approach
Iv currently only ridden in about a mile as the battery only just about turned the motor over so got one ordered,
It's in need of some tlc, it's been round the world (literally) but that's what they are made for, been dropped at some point so tank has a nice dent and abs lights are flashing like my christmas tree, it's currently sitting in my garage as I find myself desperate to go out and give it a run
I'm looking forward to a very fun ownership
