Navigator V - Formatted!!

I inexplicably formatted my Nav V when I added an SD card and my MacBook can not detect the deice anymore. I do have a backup in Garmin Express so as soon as I get access to the device I should be OK. Does anyone know how to pre-boot the device. The usual Garmin procedures do not seem to work. Thanks

Not knowing what else you 'somehow' did to your (expensive) Navigator V when installing an SD card, it's all but impossible to help you. Formatting suggests that you've wiped ALL the memory / details / whatever off the device, turning it into a paper weight.
