Just by way of introduction and to say hello.
I have just bought a GS and am very impressed. Having had a couple of BMWs in a previous life, their foibles are not unexpected but this one has so much character it's almost overwhelming.
Now I am looking forward to extended fine weather.

Funny Farm eh
It is 'pre-owned' as BMW would call it; 1400 miles 4 months old.
I am slowly getting to grips with it and have had to rectify out of balance throttle bodies already. Not that that is an issue because I'm fairly sure that having been set, it only remains so for a very short time.
Suspension set up appears to be the next issue - once I have decided which seating / handlebar relationship to adopt

I find sitting on the seat and holding onto the handlebars works best for me
