Someone please explain to me why the Touratech 1200GS Alloy Head Protectors wont fit on the HP2. (This has been confirmed by TT themselves).
I can't see any difference :nenau

Have you damaged your Guards
I am looking for the Hp2 plastic , guards , even lightly damaged.

TT Head Protecters

The GS 1200 head protecters do fit the HP2 .at least they fit mine no probelems bolt straight on.

Spout - does the HP2 come supplied with the plastic head protectors, the type that extend back to the throttle bodies? If so, I was thinking of buying a set for my 1200, please let me know if you would be selling yours (assuming you have them in the first place)

I'm thinking of combining the two somehow.
Bit of cutting and riveting should do the trick.
So sorry, can't help you.
But do you want to try them for size before I get carried away with a saw? (Check they fit on the throttle bodies - don't know if they're the same)

How much

Mouse, do you know how much the HP2 plastic protectors cost? Std GS ones are 65 pund are'nt they? Cheers Chris
