Steering head rust

I've had this rust marks since new have any others got the same.

I checked the ktm..........no rust marks

Looks like a failure of the seal to the steering head bearings. When I took my HP2 in for its 6000 mile service they told me that they had replaced the bearings under warenty.

Funny as I didn't know there was a problem.

Mine are getting a bit lffy,but there's no rust mark at all(I think)

rust marks

i have the same marks but more significant running down from their to down the rear of the front guard. I just had the 10,000km service and asked them about the head stem bearings and they said they tested them and they were fine.
