Or create a Virtual Box XP virtual machine.

Works fine on my 900 running Ubuntu Netbook Remix

Just haviag a nose through this thread about lap topsd and just saw Judges comment about key 11 gettin rid of all the top of screen crap and it works!. many thanks for the info from a computer numpty! sorry to steal the thread.

Don't think that'll fit into the eee900.

You need one of these

Just upgraded mine to 32GB + 4GB. The 32GB drive is significantly faster than the one 16GB one. Make the PC much more usable.

Any ideas on which programs I can safely delete to free up space on my eee pc..?

For instance, what are the various Microsoft .NET Framework files..?

And since I installed all my Garmin CD's there's both of these:-

Garmin City Navigator Europe 2009
Garmin City Navigator Europe v9

Can one be deleted..? I'm running XP.

Any help (I use Macs apart from this little Asus) would be great :thumb2
