Recommendations for leather & denim trouser alterations?

My leather, and BMW denim, trousers are a couple of inches too long in the leg, and need taking up.

Any recommendations as to who to go to? Preferably in the Reading area so that I can visit and be 'measured up'.

Try Nine Lives in Guildford, they are not too far from Reading. I know you have BMW kit but they are also a approved Dainese repairer so they should be fairly good.

Nine lives did a good alteration on some Heinz Gerkin trousers for me. Recommended

As you are in the Reading area try Cath on 01491 681143, she must be fairly near you and does brilliant repairs.

update . .

Phoned Nine Lives - £50 + VAT for the Leathers to be shortened, and £25 + VAT for the Denims.

Phoned Cath - £50 for the leathers, and £15 for the denim.

Took the clobber round to her on Saturday: will be ready end of the week.

Reckons she gets quite a bit of re-work from what 9L started but couldn't finish properly!
