As some will be aware I had an off in Aus which has restrained my riding for the last 6 months. 
One of the results has been that I unable to ride a sports bike in the crouched position for longer than bout 10 minutes. This caused difficulties with my Buell XB12R which I took delivery of just before my trip to Aus and only used for 270 miles.
I finally reached the point last month where I was going to sell the XB12R and first off advertised it on the UK Buell board.
An immediate response was the offer of an XB12S (more vertical riding position) with 900 miles on the clock as a straight swap.
No money was exchanged..... (the previous owner changed to a V-Rod)
And that included delivery from Southampton to Liverpool at no cost.
That is what I call dealer service and brand support. I thank Southampton Dockgate 20 Harley Dealer and it is little wonder that Dockgate 20 won MCN's Dealer of the Year award
