Welding in Berkshire or Surrey area?

Hi Chaps

I need to weld six nuts to the exhaust end cap of my pogo bike. A long story short... I removed the rivets that use to hold the end cap to the exhaust but now I would like to have it fitted with bolts for a easy removal.

Anyone on the Berkshire or Surrey area that could do this job for me?

what material

alloy, steel ,titanium?
Theres an excellent welder near sevenoaks 10 mins fom the surrey border, welds steel and ally.
any good?
