Well........ I was feeling totally pissed off after my F800GS 2010 with 7500 miles on it starting clutch slipping.
I spoke to SBW who said to bring it in the next day and they would have a look at it. I asked how much it would cost for a new clutch and was told £401
They called me this afternoon and said it was ready to collect. They had fitted a new clutch and said they had done it under the warranty.
Now I know the bike was only 1 year old and I was very concerned that the clutch could have needing replacing after only 1 year of commuting. But it was fantastic that SBW didn't try arguing wear and tear or such like and did the decent thing without discussion.
