Here we go again!

I cut a rubber gasket for the front brake line bracket:

Then re-attached it with stainless fasteners;

Nothing left to do but flash it up:

Everything working as it should. It was just a short run to allow the paint to get a heat cycle through it and to check all the hoses etc for any leaks.

With the oil nice and warm it and the filter were dumped and 3.75 litres of clean stuff went in:

ABS gets a reset:

The side panel fit was tweaked to line them up and to stop them working loose:

Next job was to re-fit the seat. There's quite a bit of adjustment via the hinges and their brackets so I spent some time getting it in line and adjusting the lock so that it engages with just a slight downward pressure:

I can't get my car off the drive as it's blocked in so I can't get the bike outside properly to give it a wash, these are the best that I can do. All back together no with a nice new screen:

When I get the chance it will get a decent wash to get rid of the dust and then a proper polish followed by some more photos in a better location.

Words fail me
fantastic write up - bike looks superb
Very well done Mike :bow:bow:bow

Fantastic job mike, I thought my bike was spotless but this is another level. Can you tell me where you get your helicopter tape from, I have just ordered a new belly pan and would like to protect it with some tape before fitting,
cheers,
Ron
