4 throttle cables and a splitter box for a 1150 GS cost in the region of £145 from a main stealer :nenau
Is there a particular reason why i should'nt source some new ones elsewhere , which i image may be cheaper.
They are just cables after all, aren't they ........

Cheers , although i'm not entirely sure i need to actually change them ( mileage 58,000 ).
Another member has ridden my bike and has assured me they are fine.
But i'll be sure to get a price from venhill when the day comes !

if you are going to change the cables, there is a modification to do that the twist grip part.
See the MaxBMW parts cattledog for more info.

getting the splitter box in and out can be a bitch.
it slides out from the RHS, but still a bitch
clean it up and check it is smooth

DONT put ANY lube down the cables, stuffs up

Motorworks?
including an air filter, tank sealing o-ring, throttle cable repair kit but excluding the choke cable as it was fine.
And excluding vat as i am in NZ but including postage as I am in NZ it they cost me UKPds 128.66.
And check that unlike mine your throttle grip spins freely and is not rubbing the bar weight.
Easily fixed with washer spacer.
