Just been to their new store in Guildford (or on the way out to be precise 
)
Usually leave these places mightily pissed off by the crap service, rubbish stock and general 18th Century attitude of the place.
BUT this place is different, staff who ride bikes, like bikes, love talking about bikes, know why they are working in a bike shop, know what assistants are meant to do, are intelligent enough to know when not to assist. All in all a good experience and guess what? I bought some gear - there must be a message in there somewhere.
