Yet another first class piece of service from Tracy and everyone else at Bishopbriggs. Had a small problem with a jacket I bought there ages ago. Now I know it is fully covered by a warranty, but within two minutes I had a new jacket in hand no questions asked. Outstanding, the way it should be everywhere!!!!!!
