You've 50kgs of unnecessary weight, in tat:blast

£200 is yer return chunell ticket and yer first nights accommodation .... :thumb2

That dodgy plate should get you pulled over regularly, and will fail the mot when you need one.

tossers,
your bikes look great, mine looks like its just came out of a swamp,no point in cleaning it as it will be going back in.:jager

Jeez, that gold tube is part of the Ohlins ESA? What were they think of? :blast
£3k and it looks like that - someone tell me I'm wrong......

Now if you want to do some real adventuring..........................(instead of riding a (pseudo) Adv style bike, around the tarmac streets of Europe:rolleyes:)

Then here's a bike that has done it all and has nothing to prove (currently in the USA and ridden up from Mexico, the week before - after flying in to ride it home)

Please note carefully..................

The OEM BMW Plastic Airhead panniers (no fecking heavy alloy panniers here)

The 1970's remnant fibreglass Kangol style topbox (no heavy alloy topbox needed)

The Tesco's 'bag for life' on back seat, held on by a £3 cargo net, they would never even make it into a TT fecking catalogue:rolleyes:

Everything else is generally exactly what the bike came with in 1991 from BMW (the owner doesn't need to discuss endlessly whether she should fit a Mudsling or not:blast)

This bike has been around the world, many times and has no unecessary shite bolted to it

And the last pic......................shows the lovely lady owner, enjoying the 'bridges of Madison County' this week

Sometimes, we should just a get a fecking grip and just ride the bikes and use them for the purpose intended, without weighing them down without all manner of unnecessary and complete shite

Jeez !!!!

Is there room on there for any more touratat ?

Some Advanced Riding Tuition Would be a cracking investment

Keep some of the cash back for the fixed penalty (s) when some pedantic copper takes exception to your no plate

What is that stuff wrapped around the exhaust pipe

What does it do ??

Saw the original thread title and thought it might be interesting - instead it seems to me that, considering the amount you've spunked on your bike already
(and it's yours to do with as you see fit IMHO) asking what you could spend a couple of hundred on is taking the p*ss.

What you meant to write was:

I've spent a load of money on my bike and I'd like you all to know it!

BTW, the suggestion of a dictionary was probably the best one so far - given that you will already have read Dale Carnegie's 'How to win friends and influence people'
:blast

Thanks for the lovely comments , looks like some people have some good ideas some not so good , but I do not take it to personal , it doesn't matter to me.
I find exactly what I want and that it is a satellite phone just need to save a little more!
