£85,000 Airhead ~

That's Camille. Not a Dakar winning machine, but the frame is genuine as far as we know.

The race winning bike didn't have twin discs.

I'd guess they must have some way of proving their claim? Some 100% provable provenance I suppose?

Yeah but there's always a mug out there Check out their other items the K100RS Style £3,750 ....

Definitely in search of mugs with big wallets..!

its gone down nearly 2 grand as it was on ebay a month or 2 ago for £5,500 !! i kid ye not :blast

i sold him an aprilia tuareg a while ago that was for his mechanic apparently , its not been on his site yet anyway. the guy who picked it up for him said the owner was loaded and just loves buying bikes. he has got some nice stuff but some, as seen on here before are over priced crap.

as for the hpn bike , a huge pinch of salt as to wether it is the one and even if it was thats a large wad of notes and in anyones eyes is fantasy money.
great looking bike though

Can we stop pretending that that's the original bike. Si obviously managed to sell it a while back so fessing up isn't going to hurt him.

The original 101 is still in the loft at hpn and is still owned by bmw. In common with a lot of race machines parts were robbed to put on later bikes.

I've worked on the one in the advert and it's an early r90/6. I also spotted the advert for the tank that's fitted and told si about it.
