You are in part 2 :beerjug:

very good john , cant wait for part 2

you might be in part 3 if rumours are correct that you'll be in Austria at the weekend

Add a bit of a storyline, the same style of music, make it feature length and i would be glad to donate towards you holding onto your bumblebee

great work on the vid:thumb what is the soundtrack?

Perhaps in the future. The real action is going on out in the East and will be put together by someone else but maybe I can provide an adventure motorcyling video editing service. :beerjug:

Great stuff Jon (you have come a long way since Tesco's )(Every little Helps)

I dont have sound on my P.C. can you add subtitles if there is voice over, or lyrics for the music so i can nod my Head as i watch:blast

Amazing scenery :thumb2

:aidan

It was Sainsbury's actually mate... no really :thumb

Ref post 355

Yeah ... just the roll bag on the back ... just how I like to travel Jon :thumb

But I started that trip to Ireland like this ...

F650GS front wheel and tyre to deliver to Settle
Panniers to deliver to Bangor, Nor'n Ireland
My BMW pannier frames in the Trax panniers so I could 'refit' the Peli top case after taking the Trax frames off
Side stand 'enlarger' to deliver to Cork
Equipment to do ten sets of earplugs :thumb

From snow and ice to sunshine...
:beerjug:

That was like my last trip to Ireland via Scotland. I should have called it "The Ebay tour of dispatching sold stuff"

Are you going all soft luggage now? I hope you're not getting rid of the 800! says the man who might have to get rid of his 800 :blast

Will keep the BM panniers for when going off camping, but otherwise will use soft luggage for, as next month, a week tour of Wunderbar Deutschland :thumb

Noooo not getting rid of the 800... So Many Roads... So Little Time :thumb

Getting rid of yours??? I sincerely hope not

Mostly in the mountains for the twisties, no off-road on this trip.

Is that the Lave Orange Metalic? :drool :drool

I stood by a F650GS (twin) Lava orange metalic in a local dealership yesterday and I must say It looks fantastic :thumb2 (i thought it was a flat orange like ktm)
But no no no, its alive and kicking:thumb2

Dean :aidan

Yup, that's the Lava Orange Metallic. It looks a little flat and dull in cloudy weather, but really shines in the sun.

Correction: The seat on my bike is the BMW Rally seat.

Hi Everyone,

New on the site from over in Canada eh. Thought i'd throw the eh in because the government makes us. :)

Here's me on my bike with a few friends. I have no idea why i'm scowling. I was quite happy at the time! I'll blame it on the sun.

Thanks...

The tires are the Heidenau K60s. Awesome tires. Was actually out today and explored a new area where the trail was wet and the ground was a mixture of mud, sand and clay. The tires weren't great on that but I don't think much would be. TKC 80's would be better but that's the only condition i've hit so far where I think the TKCs would be better.

My rad guard is Touratech. Easy to put on. I'll eventually have it powder coated black.

Oh, I've got the Beowulf muffler too from over your way. LOVE IT!

Hi ya Marky i`m in the market right now for the 650 is the bike factory lowered or standard?:).

Standard.... if you plan on doing anything off paved roads don't go for factory lowered. Lowered might be fine for a bit of gravel but that's it.

I got the low seat then had a custom seat made from the pan.

good luck!
Mark
