Just changed from 1150gs to an 05' 1200gs, it has got the extra lights on the side but the light's at night are still crap, have put in the blue bulbs.
The main problem is that the main beam does a cracking job of lighting up the nearside hedge and trees!!

Any idea's?

Hi.

Try adjusting the beam. There's 2 adjusters on the headlight unit.

But they aren't as bright as they should be.

Throw some money in Les Wassals direction. I can highly reccomend the twin 50w HID upgrade :thumb:thumb:thumb

previous owner didn't change the bulb and disconnect the hi/lo lever:augie, not the end of the world but a pain in the arse non the less:blast

are the extra lights the Micro Flooters from Wunderlich? not the best, but OK as fill in lights, if you want HiD info drop me a mail and I can show you the different options.

Thanks everyone for help.
The extra lights look like they are the Touratec ones, they do the job ok, the bulbs I put in are the same as I put in 1150.
The high low adjuster is in place and in the right position, it is just that the main beam is to far to the left,(and the bulb is seated correctly)

When you use the adjuster on the right of the instruments how much can you alter the beam?
