So my GSA had a loss of power and felt sluggish at 5k. Wind it up to 6k and it flies.
So reading loadsa post I get the vib that its a coil breaking down.
So I remove the coil... without a coil remover. This is how.
Get 2 x cable ties. Put one around the back of the coil head and secure it loosish. Place another cable tie inside that one and secure it into a finger loop. Pull the other cable tie super tight. Then pull on the othr cable tie and pop, it all comes out.
So then I tried to check the resistance of the coils. I couldnt get the correct reading of .86 ohms. The removed the secondary coil, checked that for 6kohms, seemed ok. Took all the plugs out. They looked great. Gave them all a clean with a wire brush.
And her was the trick.
I swapped around the secondary and primary plugs. Fitted everything back and woooooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooo
Shes running like a dream.
I have ordered new plugs and will change the lot in the next few days.
