08 1200 Griso

afternoon all , I have my Stelvio For sale .
Its a 2010 NTX abs model.
Today a Guy asked me if i would be interested in a 2008 1200 Griso .
I know nothing of these Bikes .
Have they any known Issues ,? ,
Any suggestions as to Valuations ?

The Griso has very similar engine, gearbox and final drive as the Stelvio. Some of the early Grisos suffered with the cam follower problem as did some the Stelvios, 1200 Sports and Norges. You need to find out if had the recall modification done.
The speedo sensors on some early models also suffered failure in heavy rain. I have ridden a 1200 Griso fitted with an aftermarket end can, it sounded fantastic, I liked the look of the bike as well but it felt very cramped in comparison to my Stelvio.
