[td] An official, Shoei-sanctioned promotion for April |
[td] [FONT=courier new, courier, lucida sans typewriter, lucida typewriter, monospace]This promotion has nothing to do with Motolegends, by which we mean we have not initiated this Sale, and it has nothing to do with us clearing stocks from our shelves. This price reduction comes direct from the importer. There are five different models of helmet across nine different designs involved in this promotion, which will run through to the end of April. All of these designs are going to be discontinued towards the end of the year, and we take the view the importer just wants to bring their inventory down before the replacement styles arrive. But what needs to be understood is that this is a 'one-time' offer. Such is the demand for Shoei's helmets, and so valued is the agency, that very few dealers find themselves wanting to discount Shoei's helmets. So this is an opportunity you should perhaps not ignore. At the end of April, the promotion will come to a close, and all helmets will go back up to their full, recommended retail prices. What we don't know is how limited the supplies of these helmets is, although I would personally suspect that some of the Neotec designs could disappear quite quickly, especially as the Grasp design is the most popular in the range. The TC-10 version of the Neotec is actually the best-selling helmet in the entire Shoei collection.

[td] All four colourways of the Neotec 3 Grasp design are included. For the GT Air 3, eight different helmets feature in the promotion, from three different designs: the Realm, the Discipline and the Scenario. In the NXR 2, there are three models across two designs: the Sheen and the Origami. For the Glamster 06 only one design is included. It's the Bivouac, and it's available in two colourways. The last helmet in the collection is the super-sporty X-SPR Pro. There are six helmets in the promotion across two designs. The designs are the Escalate and the Proxy. All of these helmets are shown below, and are shown as discounted on the website. A banner at the top of the page will take you to a section on the website that features all 23 helmets.

[td] Unless you've spent most of the last 12 months on the International Space Station waiting to be rescued by Elon Musk, you cannot fail to have heard us banging on about Shoei's Personal Fitting System. When it comes to helmet fitting it quite simply represents something totally revolutionary. With their changeable headliners and cheekpads, Shoei has always been ahead of the pack. But with their computer-aided App. Shoei has put even more clear blue water between them and every other helmet brand on the market. If you have never had a PFS fit, you should do. You may have been riding for 20 years. You may be happy with your helmet, and feel that, by now, you know what constitutes a good fit, and what doesn't. But have a PFS fit and you will discover the difference. You will get to feel, perhaps for the first time, how a properly-fitted helmet should fit. We reckon it's difficult not to be impressed. And, of course, with over a thousand fits through our dedicated PFS Studio, and with the country's only, dedicated PFS fitter, we know more about than any other retailer about how to get the best out of PFS. If you want a fitting the best way is to make an appointment. Or you could just turn up, and hope that Joe is not busy. A full fitting takes about thirty minutes. |
