I've made a jig using an original HPN +100mm swingarm (single sided) as a pattern, so that I can insert a piece of 63.5mm OD 3.25mm CDS steel tube and TIG weld it.
Although this will give me an extended single sided swinger, I will then be putting another leg on it to make it a double sided jobby.
Can I ask you for a few pictures if you have done or got this +100mm conversion.
Also, if you have a doubl sided arrangement, I am keen to see how the left-hand leg of the swinger attaches to the pivot tube and how the axle spindle is clamped.
Any pics will be gratefully recieved.
Thanks to Crazyivan for the loan of the sample HPN unit!
