When it arrives it will all be obvious, just fitted mine this morning before going out to play.
Torx 55 key to undo the existing bar ends, replace with shite an briney new ones, job done!
RHS has an externally knurled, internally threaded ring which pushes a nylon spacer against the throttle tube and holds it open at whatever version of open you happen to be using.
LHS has......

Hi just ordered a throttle lock for my 1200 but didn`t get a chance to enter my site user name paypal payment was from paulgarner42.

SOmeone has suggested I start doing a rear wheel location tool thing.
Basically a bit of stainless with the wheel stud thread on one end and an alan key socket on tother..
You can screw it in to a wheel bolt hole and plop the rear wheel on.. The stud will hold it in place while you put the others bolts in.. Then undo the locator and fit the last bolt..
Proly only be a few quidlets but wondered if there was any interest before I run a bar off ?

ordered 1150 bar risers :bow

If it was reassuringly cheap I'd be interested ;)

Would it need the hex socket? - how about a couple of flats on it so you could grip it and spin it in by hand?

There perfectly finished and a top job at a fraction of the TT price :thumb2 .... Made a massive difference to comfort on mine

got the wunderlich units on at the mo,but the jaws units are higher.:thumb

HI John,
yes and yes -as you know, I want a set asap please -going away end of June ! I have the rear wheel off now, so would have been useful today- got the slow puncture on the route to Banham, it was a leaky valve though.
Despite what Steptoe says, that rear 1150 wheel is a pain to re-locate onto the shaft :roll.

cheers,
Roger

I just got some of those from Jaws too :thumb2

They feel good while stationary but I've not had a chance to try them on the road yet - looking forward to a spin.
