1100 rear sub frame = 1150 rear sub frame?

Are these items the same. I'm trying to find out if the panniers that I fitted to the 1150 will fit the 1100 (uses the top two mounts but not the footpegs).

Subframes are different.

But the mounting points are located in the same places

Can you fit a complete 1150 exhaust on to an 1100?

I wouldn't have thought so. The header pipes have different mountings in the head and the gearboxes are different lengths so the collectors will be too.
