1100gs exhaust

is the exhaust system the same on all 1100gs early reg to late ?

The later exhausts had a lambda probe hole.
But in shape, fixing points and dimensions, exactly the same.

I hope you're not considering buying either of those horrendously expensive exhausts on ebay... I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the buy it now price £79.99 or the other one - buy it now £95. (even the opening bid of £35 seems pricey)

I must admit his comment "MAY ALSO FIT R1150GS BUT PLEASE CHECK FIRST THANKS" did make me giggle.

The lambda sensor was only an option on the 1100s. Potentially all 1100s had the same pipe and if you should find one with the hole and yo don't want it, it can be plugged.

i did buy a exhaust pipe to replace the cat,but it will not fit my remus silencer.
the pipe appears to buy too long and the width on the silencer end is not big enough
i paid £38.50

you have a cat on an 1100? was it an import?

Mine was.. I simply got rid of the exhaust and fitted a UK spec original - as per steptoes instructions - marvellous.
