1100GS Fastener Sizes

Does anyone have a list of the fasteners and sizes on an 1100GS. I want to go the stainless route but cant quite afford a kit from Chris Shaw so looking to put one together myself.

Do what i did, and no doubt chris shaw did.
Remove every nut and bolt and measure them.

Be wary of buying a 1150 kit and being told 'they're almost the same'. Found out the hard way!

I just did what Steptoe says. And ordered them as required off the net. Some came from that local S Direct place, they have a varied selection.

Problem is that so far ive not managed ti remove anything in one piece - its so badly corroded. :-(

Certainly getting good at helicoils......

Made a list from the microfiche over the past few nughts and pick the bolts up tomorrow. May have gone overboard with some of the quantities but Ill use them anyway.

Whilst a bit expensive, Chris Shaw's stuff is excellent quality as he machines off the sides and lettering on his socket headed cap screws (Allen bolts) leaving a very neat finish. When replacing all of the fasteners on my R100GS-PD I bought a few of the specialised fasteners from Chris Shaw but the remainder from various eBay sources. I initially bought a 'complete set' of s/s fasteners sold as an R100GS-PD set but I had an awful lot of M4 bolts I could find no use for.
