1150 adv wheels in an 1100 ?

Got 2 different answers via a search . Anyone have a definitive answer.

Will they be a straight swap into an 1100 ? :beerjug:

A few more details would help...

Depends on the type of ABS rings on the ADV wheels. Do the wheels come with discs and ABS rings ?
Two different types of disc... i could go on but much easier and would save me some of my precious time if i knew more about your wheels etc....

No issues other than the abs rings are different on later wheels.

Early wheels have the same ten lug hub as the 1100, later ones have 5 lug and the abs ring fits I between the disc and the hub.

If you have abs then you probably need early wheels to make life easier, no abs and you can fit either iirc.

edit: again beaten by the guru :blast

It would save everyones time if the OP gave a few details. Otherwise we could be here all night guessing.

Thanks for both your replies , the answer to that isn't straight forward either . As of yet I've neither BUT I'm getting an 1100 and thought a spare set of adv wheels would be nice. I thought they'd fit as they obversely look similar .

So is it only disc dependent ?:nenau:beerjug:

I'll get me coat :comfort

No it's abs dependent, does it have abs?

Then you will need early adv wheels with the 10 lug front hub not the later 5 lug hub.
