The Adventure screen is a huge improvement over the standar screen, there is absolutely zero buffeting with it....IMHO it's the best mod you can do to the 1100.

I'd try painting the grille black before you bin it - may make all the difference.

Had a close look at this conversion at the weekend, 1st class job, well done andy

Ok, the total conversion idea is not for me as the Immeasurably Superior 1100 has a rather unique individual charm that was rather lost on the more brutal aggresive beak fitted to the lesser 1150. But the screen change is very tempting
