1150 front calipers on a 1100?

I have a spare right side caliper near Wrexham if you pal is stuck.
Three types of 1150 caliper - early 1150 use the same brembo badged caliper which will fit.
The later 1150 has two types. Both badged as a BMW caliper. They won't fit.
Mates 1100 up in North Wales has a problem with a leaking calliper, he needs it for next Thursday as we're off to Belguim.
Will any/all 1150 callipers fit a 1995 1100?
Where's the leak?
Has he tried tightening the bolts which hold each side of the caliper together or the banjo bolts by half a turn?
If he's prepared to swap calipers I suspect he's in a position to break his original parts, and if he does so then it's fairly straightforward to service them.
If the bolt tightening doesn't help then an order of service parts could be with him by Tuesday, and an evening of cleaning and TLC could see him happy by Wed's.

No, they wont fit, you need calipers with "Brembo" on them, as in the pic, before you buy though, how do you know your calipers warped, its difficult to warp a caliper, how have you tested it? If you split the calipers to clean them did you replace the little O ring seal between the caliper halves, could it have moved whilst reassembling the 2 half's?, what did you torque the 4 fixings up to?

Basicaly I have stripped and cleaned the calipers, but now the two caliper halfs won't seal back up as the mating faces are warped.
There is a set on ebay here that are about 40 miles away. Any one know If these will go on a 1994 R1100GS ?
