yes i have the oil and the small abs o-ring,if you want them drop me a pm.
With the amount of debris floating around in there I'd get a full rebuild. It will probably cost you a couple of hundred quid but it should then give you long service with peace of mind. Replace only the big bearing and seal and you may well find that the unit gives trouble again in under 10,000 miles.
Did your back wheel have a small disc about 80mm diameter and 1 to 3 mm in thickness, between the wheel centre and the final drive flange?
If not? that is why your sensor is badly worn!
The pad probably only fell off as its your first time taking the back bits off one of these
As far as it goes :- If the Teeth on the Pinion and the Crown wheel are NOT chipped
If the inner taper bearing "shell" (i.e. the inside shiny bit the rollers run on) does not turn on the FD it sounds like you may just get away with it!
Oh and this can happen too But not very often

doesnt look that bad, flush out the particles and swarf and check for scoring in the taper bearing race and put her back together, not sure where the couple of hundred quid comes from? this is all old ground its been covered a thousand times in the past, I suspect most of the FD's looked just like this when they were split, and unless there is an obvious problem with the taper bearing I would (and did ) leave well alone.

Never changed taper bearing as was in very good condition, whether this comes back to bite me , well time will tell.
