Help A bit of advice needed I've removed everything but can't get the threaded rod to budge any ideas !!

get some hot boiling water pour it over the rod will expand the metal simple but effective but take your time please will budge in the end
double it up with 2 nuts

Hit it with a drift.
I have done punch and a club hammer nothing !!
