1150 gs Stainless steel hose fitting problems

Hi there,

I've finally got around to fitting my HEL brake hoses, and the bugger doesn't fit.

2001 1150gs with abs.

All looks good, until I try to fit the hose from the fork yoke to the fitting under the tank. (This is the twin hose with a mounting block on the top yoke).

The angled banjo fitting sits 180 dgrees out to the original, and it looks like it will be crunched by the RH fork leg on a hard right hand turn.

Anyone else seen this?

Put the hose in a vice and turn the fitting - perfectly safe. HEL hoses are manufactured in such a way as to be able to do this.
