1150 GSA spotlight failur

Guys, both spotlights have failed, can't see an obvious inline fuse, there is a relay taped up in the beak and a very obvious CLICK from within the instrument cowl when I flick the ON switch for the spots.

Spots were fitted by previous owner and are not linked to the dipped or main beam.

Had hoped the fuse would be obvious, any tips please?

2002 1150 GSA bog standard spot lamps, non led type.

If the relay is clicking then it would suggest that a fuse would still be ok at the fuse would be on the main feed to the relay.

Have you checked the bulbs?

If there is no fuse it may have popped both bulbs?

Poor earth could possibly be the issue. Hard to tell without working through it methodically.

There should be fuses on both the switched feed and the coil side of the relay.

Clicking relay only proves the coil side fuse is good. It doesnt prove or disprove that the fuse on the switched feed is ok.

Might be worth getting your hands on a multimeter.
