1150 Pillion Grab strap type thing

My 1150 came with a nylon webbing strap that I can tuck away under the seats or leave out as an aide for the pillion can someone tell me is it a BMW part please. It fixes to the bike by way of the two hex-bolts situated just behind the front seat's rear bike mount.

It is a BMW part and comes as part of the kit for the BMW top box mounting plate. When you put on the top box mounting plate you remove the grab rail, hence replacing it with the strap.
