Is it possible to buy a rear caliper sliding pin , not sure if this is what it is called but mine has been seized for a while and now need a new one its the pin/screw which the caliper slides on !
Don`t think you can mate. When mine seized up I got a replacement under warranty.
If you keep working it in and out (Fnar) (easier on the bike) with the pads out eventually you will get some movement, pull the little rubber boots back and get some easing juice in there. When it comes free it Should be possible then to clean up the corroded slider pins.

BWM will sell you a kit for about £6 that consists of the pin, circlip and anti-rattle thing.
Just gently tap the old one out, clean it of rust so the pads move freely and reinstall with a coat of copperslip (not too much obviously).
