Don’t buy it then.
If you look at what it costs to set an outfit up....subframe, alignment etc. I had a Ural sidecar attached to my F800GS. The subframe alone was £1500. Add to that the chair, some different sized shell for the bike. It wasn’t cheap.
That’s some of the reasons outfits have a relatively high price, plus their rarity of course.

this is my mates ,only for sale as he is poorly is it worth it i dont know bike and sidecar are very niche market

Don’t worry, I won’t. Done my time with a sidecar and no desire to revisit.

You make a number of good points about the cost of setting up a sidecar.

My surprise at the price was because in my experience (not yours, which may be different) sidecar outfits tended to sell at a discount whereas this (if you assume a GS price of £3,500) seems to value the sidecar and set up at about £4K.
