1150 single spark surging, coil?

hi there
i wonder if you would mind helping me out

my bike is surging badly
done tb balance ,
set tps to .38
rocker end float set to minimum
and valve gaps correct
needle bouncing around on rev counter so fitted new hall sensor ,its still bouncing around
i measured the resistance on the coil
from the net i believe it should be
primary 0.5 (mine read 0.6 )
secondary 13 (mine read 7 )

can anyone confirm that these are the correct readings for the coil and that mines breaking down
and also would this cause the surging

Not sure. More likely to cause rough running under load rather than surging on a neutral throttle.

Have you tried the llamda probe? A new one cured my surging.

any idea how to test them? and how much they are

as an update ive found out my coil is fine it should be at about 7
