Can anybody tell me where i plug the double ended BMW cable in for my motorad navigator 2 on a 2000 gs i have the tank off but i just cant see where to plug it in !

If it's what I think you have, try the back of the accessory socket by your left boot. Take the plastic cover off that holds the socket, and then it should become obvious how the cable piggy backs the socket.
BTW if you've a BM socket on the beak you could use that instead.
