1150GS SE

Anyone know anything on history of this bike?

http://dealerservices.autotrader.co.uk/12689/stocklist.htm

Havent seen it in the flesh yet but like the look of it except he doesnt have any of the original parts which seems strange on a one owner low mileage bike, assuming its geniune.

Any info would be appreciated.

I might be wrong, but I thought the SE had a matt white finish, this looks gloss so it might not be a true SE.

I can't open the pictures for some reason but if that's a proper bike then with a full ally luggage system and 8,800 miles it has to be the bargain of the century at that price.
:)

I enquired about this bike, but when I saw the "supermoto" RS/RT wheels and wavy discs, it put me off and I didn't pursue it further.

It would take a lot of cash to get that back up to SE spec. wheels, suspension, seat to name but three.

Doesn't even look that tidy for something that has only done 8,800 miles.

Looks a bit suspicious to me :nenau and over priced by at least a grand.

sorry, do not like them wheels...... i'd look elsewhere for that sort of money you could get a nice Standard one......

Amazed that anyone would 'customise' a genuine 'SE' to that degree.... not that I disagree with tweaking things here and there... :thumb

I would want to know a wee bit more about the bikes history before throwing that sort of money at it...
