1150GS Ticking noise from left cylinder when warm

My 1150rt rattles at various times during it operation and all my other Oilheads have rattles at various places at various times and often not the same place bike to bike... Such things as throttle body wear and the odd tappet noise are usually not a problem from my experience... Fairly tractor like motors and that's why we love em...

Just to update. I replaced the aluminium pushrods for the upgraded steel ones on my own 1150GSA this weekend. The pot is now 'Tick free' when hot.

£60 in parts. 30 mins labour. But I do this all day long.
