1150GS top box lid - hinge siezed

One of the hinges on my top box has siezed - I've tried WD40, taken it off and it hardly moves. Can it be repaired or can I get a replacement hinge?

Can anyone help? Does anyone have a hinge they can spare?

just replaced one of the hinges on my topbox (original BM one)...the rotating piece on the hinge is plastic, and mine had a hairline crack on it which would open up as i tried to move the lid, stopping the lid from opening or closing properly....so check for signs of cracks on it or crap in it, as i can't imagine it siezing like a metal one would...plastic on plastic.

failing that, there is a replacement....just call any dealership and they'll order it...a few pence short of 20 quid..
