Would the knowledgeable know if these will fit straight onto a 2000 1150GS?

I understand that there is a speedo drive difference which i believe is part of the kit i am buying.

The problem would be the ABS....does the 1150GS abs rings fit the RT wheels or do i need to buy an RT abs set up or is the RT non ABS (pauses for breath  ) or is there any other reason they wouldnt fit!

Thanks for your time.....

I'd be interested in this as well. If you get it done Jam let me know. I'm in Leicester as well.

I see what you mean Zippy but this doesnt really answer my query.

Will all 1150RT wheels take an ABS wheel from the 1150GS? Having read the post it doesnt offer an answer...... :(

Should be a straight swap, Jam. However, there are two types of ABS ring... the older, solid grey type & the later pressed shiny type. If your GS has the older one, you may need to get the later one as it is much thinner & so the mounts are different. If the RT wheel comes with the matching discs & ABS ring & it should fit straight in. Worst case scenario is that you may have to but the later type (around £15) &/or shim the ABS sensor.

HTH,
