1200/1250 short lovely handlebars

Nice find...Looks like I have to give myself a happy new year present...:thumb A lower bar that fits the ADV screen !

Looks a bit like the Helibars I had on the 1200 that I’m going to put on the 1250 when I get it (but mine were a hell of a lot cheaper)

I only did that to get the bike through my back gate otherwise obviously I wouldn’t have bothered.

The drawback I found with my Helibars (this might be useful for anyone considering them) is that if you want them substantially narrower than standard that they have to be ‘folded’ further back than they normally would be. This may mean that your arm/hand position isn’t ideal.

My experience of them anyway.

Having fitted Jota bars to my Commando back in the day. I very much like the idea of these but the price is outrageous.

Bloody hell I've paid less than that for whole bikes

I paid £438 for my Helibars and that was about £100 less than anywhere else I could find.

The guy was even kind enough to take them off the market for a week till I test rode the bike as I wasn’t 100% convinced on buying one.

fek in hell that is stupidly expensive, are they made out of something rare and expensive !!!!!!!!!!!! the need to be at that price, however very very nice looking and way better than the others listed

And a review here http://2ridetheworld.com/table/reviews/bike/page-3

Both on the GS.

The standard 19 Deg bend does not suit my wrists, my wrists are bent outwards. This one offers a 12 Deg bend which I suspect will suit me better.

thank you very good help and very good use. :beerjug: but not sure I would enjoy screen pushed out so far, but will be solution for some, I still like far more the idea and look of one I posted for price and quality and simple bolt on, make big difference, even if some complain is not cheap, but some pay for exhausts that do not do nothing but look good so I prefer real fonction on bike, but hey I do not have them because I am not wealthy man, maybe in a few months I save.

Complaining about the price is very surprising when it comes from people who happily spend upwards of £15,000 for the latest and greatest BMW ever and them add all manner of accessories costing a whole lot more! Fashion victims I say, fashion victims! :blast
