Having aquired a full set of Ally ADV luggage for my standard 1200.. with no instructions....

I'm left with these things.. The place I thought they'd go was between the pannier frame spar and the mounting point underneath the tail behind the rear light, but the shape is wrong

I've mounted the racks and the exhaust side pannier outer edge is slightly dropped in comparison with the other side... like it needs lifting up a few mm...

This is leading me to think I've missed something in the fitting.... any ideas?
:thumb

Not even sure whether the bits pictured are for the frames or the rack, or neither ...

Well thats where mine are - under the rear mudguard, by the taillight module. Only the thin part goes in, the wider part stays outside and drops the brackets down about 8mm away from the mudguard.

Thanks for the reply :thumb Looks like the bits in question are designed for the GSA possibly and not the GS....I ended up enlarging the hole in the plastic undertray so that the bits fit in there, and then fittted it all together and it seems a lot better...

The nearside pannier is still a couple of mm lower at its outer edge in comparison with the offside, but now less noticable...

Think I may have OCD when I've got the spirit level out :D
